We have been in the construction field for over 25 years.
We have completed many different projects, from small repairs to full home remodels. Traverse Renovations is always committed to quality, reliability, and stunning design. Together with our team of experts, We’ll carry out any kind of work you need, from large-scale renovations to even the smallest of jobs!
In 2020 we decided to close our business temporarily until COVID-19 was not considered high risk, many many businesses shut down as well, it just wasn't worth the risk! Our growing base of loyal customers is the best testament to the quality of my work. We earned our reputation by planning and executing, always maintaining a transparent relationship with clients, and never missing a deadline. Our History
We have been working in construction for a long time and we have done a lot of projects, from a simple screen door replacement to Concrete/back porch 6-figure projects. We have seen the changes in construction, from new materials and code updates and we can say that construction is very different nowadays. We have an arsenal of projects, since smartphones came out we have been able to take
pictures and share them with others.
In 2003 we were the only contractor that served Schaffs Home Center, a modular home company that set up 100 homes per year.
We did all their decks and we finished some of their interior work. We worked side-to-side with Schaffs Home Center in 4 States, PA, MD, VA, and WV. We built 3 decks per modular home (4x4 at the front, 6x6 side deck, and 12x12 in the back of the house).
We were hired from the Schaffs Home Center (sub-contractor) as decks and drywall Specialists.
In 2013 we relocated to the Lehigh Valley for a major project, Marc was responsible for reviving the old Western Electric building in Allentown (500,000 Square feet building from light industrial to offices and schools). Working for a group of investors, Marc was responsible for fit-out and moving into the building the following:
Career Link 24,000 square feet fit-out
EECS Charter School 155,000 square feet fit-out
Department of Human Services 30,000 square feet fit-out
PA Lottery 9,000 square feet fit-out
Department of Revenue 8,000 square feet fit-out
Head Start Program 18,000 square feet fit-out

In 2017 the entire building was sold for the amount of $32.5 M. We transitioned back to residential construction, building a clientele around the Lehigh Valley. In 2020 we closed our business during COVID-19 and reopened 2 years later. Our record indicated that we have done over 500 decks, from 4 ft. x 4 ft. to multiple levels 1600 square feet Decks. Over 100 basements completed, over 50 bathrooms remodeled, 7 additions, 5 in-law-suite, over 60 decks stained, painted uncountable rooms and ceilings, hundreds of special projects, 9 kitchens, stonework, pavers, roofing, siding, and many many other projects.
We love all the aspects of construction and we are proud of what we do.
Jen graduated in business and 10 years in the office and construction field.
Marc has a certificate of master of tile layer from 2 worldwide companies Iris and Mapei.
Marc has about 25 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction field.
